These terms and conditions are the rules constituting and governing the relationship between the players and Trannel International Ltd. during the World Casino Championships event, as stated herein and to which the parties agree upon.

  1. Each player may only win one package trip/seat to any World Casino Championship event. Players can only win a package to either the Roulette tournament or the Blackjack tournament.
  2. Package trips/seats to the event are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
  3. Packages/seats won to a specific event may not be exchanged for a package/seat to a future World Casino Championship
  4. If you win a seat/package and you’re unable to attend the event, your prize will be forfeited.
  5. Packages are valued at a total of €2,500
  6. Seats (only) are valued at €550
  7. Full package qualifiers will get €250 travel money into their poker accounts within 72h from qualification. Players are responsible for their own travel arrangements.
  8. No cash alternative will be offered if players wins a package but do not require hotel accommodation.
  9. Hotel accommodation will be booked for 3 nights on a bed and breakfast basis – only applicable for full package qualifiers. Players will be responsible for all additional charges to their room – internet, mini-bar, etc.
  10. Travel insurance cover is not included in the trip. WCC strongly advises you to ensure that your current insurance policy covers your trip or that you purchase such insurance before travelling.
  11. Players who qualify for seats to World Casino Championship events through any of our official partners via promotions, satellites or sponsorship deals are restricted from wearing competitor branded apparel.
  12. Unibet qualified players may wear branded Unibet apparel or have the option of not wearing any branded apparel. This goes for all partner brands.
  13. Unibet sponsored players are required to wear Unibet branded apparel on the Final table at the World Casino Championship. This goes for all partner brands.
  14. Players who are sponsored by competitors are required to adhere to the general terms regarding logos. This information may be found at worldcasinochamponships.comon the tournament information page.
  15. Each attending player must sign full Terms and Conditions document prior to participation at the World Casino Championship tournament.
  16. WCC reserves the right to change these conditions at any time.
  17. WCC reserves the right to withdraw this campaign at any time.

REGULATIONS RELATED TO THE WEARING OF COMPETITOR LOGOS

  1. Players will be allowed to wear competitor logos/branding on their shirts only under the following conditions:
    1. One breast pocket logo no larger than 70 square cm;
    2. Two upper shirt sleeve logos no larger than 25 square cm (one on each sleeve);
    3. No other branding on any part of the clothing, caps, body or card protectors etc. will be allowed
  2. Unibet-sponsored players must wear logos/branding from the start of the tournament. This includes the final table. This goes for all partner brands.
  3. No more than two players on the final table may wear the logos of any third party engaged in a business that directly or indirectly competes with our partners’ business or any of our partners’
  4. Players who qualify for seats to World Casino Championship events through our partners promotions, satellites or sponsorship deals cannot wear competitor branded apparel. Our partner sponsored players are required to wear partner branded apparel on the final table at the WCC.
  5. World Casino Championship and the Tournament Director will have absolute discretion to approve or remove any logo, image or words on the players’ clothing and apparel, which in the opinion of World Casino Championship or the Tournament Director contravenes the requirements of the broadcaster, World Casino Championship or any regulatory body.

II. WINNINGS

  1. The payment of winnings is the responsibility of the Casino/Venue and shall be done according to the Casino rules. For security reasons, World Casino Championship recommends to the Player to accept receipt of payment of winnings to their private bank account. The Player is responsible and assumes any risk related to carrying his winnings in cash.
  2. The Player shall be responsible for making payment of tax, if any in his country, relating to his winnings, if any, while participating in the Tournament.

III. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS: IMAGE RIGHTS, COPYRIGHTS

  1. Players participating in World Casino Championship Tournaments are required to permit their image to be shown on television internationally, without restriction and in all forms of media. Entry into each tournament is taken as that player giving their consent to participate in the TV or other media coverage. Further-more, all consents under the UK Performers Rights Protection Acts 1958 to 1972, or under similar legislation in other countries of the world in connection with the player’s performance in any event forming part of the World Casino Championship, and the exploitation of the player’s performance in any event on the World Casino Championship by any means and in all media including (but not limited to) all forms of theatrical exhibition, television broadcast, internet, and videogram exploitation are hereby granted and assigned by the Player to World Casino Championship .
  2. Any player participating in any event on a World Casino Championship acknowledges that all intellectual property rights including but not limited to copyright and image rights, in any pictures, film and/or video or other recordings of themselves taken or made in context of the ‘World Casino Championship’ shall belong to World Casino Championship on a worldwide and unlimited basis.
  3. The player warrants to World Casino Championship that they are able to assign such rights and give such acknowledgement.
  4. The preliminary rounds, and the final table, will be filmed for transmission and broadcast as a delayed television series or live streaming on World Casino Championship .com

GENERAL BEHAVIOUR

  1. Any player in any event at the World Casino Championship agrees to carry out any reasonable request by World Casino Championship during the event to assist in publicizing, televising or promoting the event.
  2. Players must make themselves available to attend press conferences and/or television interviews at any reasonable time during any event on the World Casino Championship if requested by World Casino Championship or the Tournament Director.
  3. World Casino Championship reserves the right to add or amend any tournament rules, as they feel appropriate. This will be done for the benefit of the game and all participants will be informed of such changes as and when they occur. A condition of entry into any tournament on the World Casino Championship will be the completion and signing of a release form detailing all the above and distributed at the individual events by World Casino Championship and the event organisers.
  4. World Casino Championship shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of a Package as a direct or indirect result of accepting the Package and participating in any World Casino Championship events.
  5. Players must sign this agreement prior to participation at the World Casino Championship tournament. The contract will be archived. Players’ data will not be used for any commercial purpose and will not be communicated to any third party.
